A beautiful picturesque location, ideal getaway to unwind and enjoy the views. Quaint village and friendly. Ideal for taking the dog too, plenty of places to walk.

We had a great holiday. This cottage is just the kind we had dreamt about, really old, open fireplace, beautiful views. There is loads to explore in the local area but some places are closed in the off-peak season so you may went to check before you go. The cottage was well looked after and very clean.

Great location for romantic or quiet holiday away from city. Character cottage with view directly onto fields and hills.
Be aware that parking is in the village square. There's not direct access by car to the cottage.

This is a lovely old cottage, very cozy. It makes a great base for getting out and about in the Peak District, whether driving, walking or visiting the many historic houses and towns. Very quiet, and pitch black at night - lovely.
